Fund your Fluz account by ACH or Wire

Self Service deposit via ACH is now available via the Power Portal and mobile app. However, we continue to support deposits via wires or ACH initiated by you to us.

Once you have initiated your transfer, please send us a screenshot of the transfer confirmation as well as the email address of the Fluz account you’d like to deposit the funds to [email protected].

When the funds have been settled to our bank account, our team will apply those funds to your Fluz Balance and you will receive an email as confirmation. That email will include instructions on how to track your deposits on the Power Portal.

​In order to ensure a smooth transaction, please be reminded of the following:

  1. You must use a U.S. bank account that is registered under the same legal name or business name as your Fluz account. Otherwise, the wire will be returned to its source and will not be topped up to your Fluz Balance.

  2. For each wire or ACH Transfer, there is a field to add a note. Make sure to add a note in the format FLUZ [USEREMAIL] [YYMMDD] before wiring your funds (e.g. "FLUZ [email protected] 250101")

  3. We strive to process your manual top-ups as promptly as possible. For your convenience, please note that Wires and ACH transfers received before 10AM EST will be loaded to your Fluz Balance by 11:30AM EST. For those received before 5PM EST, please expect them to be loaded by 6:30PM EST. Funds received after 5PM or on bank holidays will be topped up the next business day.
