Manage all your bills in one place

Fluz allows you to easily manage all of your recurring expenses in one convenient place. Say goodbye to the hassle of juggling multiple due dates and payment methods. Simplify your finances for free so you have time to focus on other things.


How does it work?

When you choose to sync your bills with Fluz, a trusted third party performs a soft credit check to identify the billers you have paid in the past. This enables you to conveniently select and pay your bills directly through Fluz.


Am I eligible for Fluz Bill Pay?

In order to pay your bills with Fluz, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Hold an SSN

  2. Successfully complete Fluz's verification process

Note: This feature is only available for personal bills. In the future, we plan to expand this feature to include invoice payments for businesses.


How do I use Fluz Bill Pay?

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into Fluz on the web portal.

  2. Ensure your Fluz Balance is sufficient to fully cover your bill.

  3. Click on Manage Money, then navigate to the Pay Bills tab.

  4. Select Get Started, then confirm you’ve read the terms and conditions.

  5. Choose your biller.

  6. Enter the amount due.

  7. Click on Review.

  8. After verifying your payment details, click on Send Bill Payment and enter your Fluz PIN.

Note: Steps may slightly differ for certain billers. For Apple Card, Amex, Barclays, and Navy Federal Credit Union, you will be required to enter your account number.


I can't see the biller I want to pay.

It may take up to one month from the time of your initial payment with that biller, to the time it becomes visible on Fluz.

To see if the biller has been added, you can refresh the list on Fluz by clicking the Refresh Billers button on the far right of your screen. Please note that each time you refresh the list, a soft credit check will be conducted. This option is only available once every 24 hours.


Can I cancel a payment?

Unfortunately, once a payment has been initiated through Fluz, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel a payment, please contact your biller directly.


What if I input the wrong amount?

If you overpaid your bill:

Please contact your biller to make any necessary adjustments.

If you underpaid your bill:

You may send an additional payment for the remaining balance.


How long does it take to process my transaction?

While we provide an estimated timeframe before you confirm the transaction, it’s important to note that processing times can vary depending on the specific biller, and are not guaranteed. For more details on processing times, please contact your biller directly.

To avoid any late fees that may be incurred, we recommend paying bills early.


Do I have to pay any fees when using Bill Pay?

For standard use of Bill Pay, Fluz does not charge any fees. It is absolutely free!

In the future, expedited bill payments will be available for a small fee.
