When making a bill payment, you may notice different statuses associated with your transaction. These statuses indicate the stage your payment is currently in.
Here’s what each status means:
🟡 PENDING
This is the initial status of your bill payment. At this stage:
A transaction record has been created in our system.
The payment is waiting to be processed.
No funds have been deducted from your balance yet.
🔵 PROCESSING
Your payment is actively being processed. At this point:
The transaction has been successfully created on our third-party partner’s side.
Funds have been deducted from your balance.
✅ COMPLETED
Your payment has been successfully processed.
We have received confirmation from our third-party partner that the transaction was completed.
However, this does not mean the payment has been settled on the biller's end yet. Processing times vary by biller and are not guaranteed. For more details on processing times, please contact your biller directly.
❌ FAILED
The payment could not be processed by Fluz. This means:
Funds were not collected from your account.
No action is needed on your part.
🔄 RETURNED
The transaction was either unsuccessful or reversed by our third-party partner. As a result:
No action is needed from you.
A manual deposit will automatically be created to refund the amount to your balance.
