When a chargeback is filed, Fluz reserves the right to lock your account along with your purchased gift cards and Fluz Pay balance until the chargeback is resolved or reversed. We reserve the right to deduct from you and your network's cash back balance the amount that is owed. We also reserve the right to lock the account of your inviter or invitees.
A chargeback processing fee of $50 PER chargeback received is also applicable and must be paid prior to unlocking of account.
