Openbucks, How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Online:

    1. Load cash onto a local retailer gift card to use with the Openbucks payment option.

    2. Select the 'Pay With Gift Cards' button on your games checkout page.

    3. Enter you gift card number and PIN to redeem your purchase when prompted.

How to check your balance:

  • Online:

    1. To check your Obucks card balance please click here. Note, if your Obucks card does not have a 4-digit PIN, you can leave the PIN field blank.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Obucks Cards and prepaid access products issued by Openbucks Merchants never expire.

  • Obucks Cards are issued by Openbucks and are redeemable only with Openbucks.

  • Not all methods are available on all sites so we advise that you check the website you are purchasing from first (usually under 'Cash and Gift Cards' or 'More Options'). For a list of accepted merchants please visit the accepted merchant list.

  • Please note that all transactions are final and cannot be canceled, refunded or charged back.
