How to Redeem:
Online:
During checkout, click the "Use a Gift Card" button on the payment page.
A window will open, then enter your 8 or 19-digit gift card number and PIN.
Only 19-digit cards have a PINs. You may need to scratch off the covering to display the PIN.
Select a contact address from the dropdown menu or create a new address.
Click on the "Save and Continue to Checkout Button".
Please note:If you still have a balance remaining on your order, you may add another gift card or select the "add a new card" link to add a credit card to cover the remaining balance.
If you are a registered jcrew.com user, you may select a credit card you have previously used.
If the total cost of the merchandise is less that the amount on your gift card, your order will be processed and the balance will remain on the card so you can use it again.
How to check your balance:
Desktop:
Look for Gift Card Help.
Click on "Find Gift Card Balance".
Input your Card Number and PIN.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
Abridged terms and conditions:
The purchase and redemption of gift cards cannot exceed $1,000.
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items.
