Fluz partners with a third party service that will help get you incorporated in the state of Wyoming, allowing you to operate your business in all US states. All you need is a Fluz account to verify your identity.

Fill out this form and pay to incorporate your LLC. Make sure your Fluz account has been verified on the Mobile App.
Fluz has a direct partnership with vState Filings. You are able to pay Fluz for the company incorporation and Fluz will pay vState Filings on your behalf for this incorporation. You can read more about them here.
Once you pay and submit all the required details, we'll check to see if the Fluz account associated with your email has completed identity verification. We'll be in touch if we have trouble finding your account or we need more information. Otherwise, no further action is required on your part.
Once we confirm that you have completed identity verification, we'll start the incorporation process with vState Filings Company.
vState Filings will get you incorporated in the state of Wyoming, allowing you to operate your business in all US states. Then, vState Filings will file your company with the IRS so you have everything you need to operate. This process is expected to take up to 4 business days, assuming there are no additional checks required from vState Filings. If they have any questions, we will reach out to you via email.

Upon confirmation of your company formation, Fluz will automatically proceed with the processing of your Business Account. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for our team to review your application.

Please note that your company must possess a distinct and unique company name. Before completing the LLC Incorporation form, please check for any duplicate names through this website. If our team notices any issues, we will reach out to you via email for the next steps.

If you’ve completed Identity Verification, our team will take up to 2 business days to send your information to our third-party provider, vState Filings. They will then take up to 24 hours to process your application on their end. The whole process will take 4 business days assuming no additional checks or requirements are needed.
However, if you do not possess an SSN, the process may take up to 3 weeks.
Note: You must complete Identity Verification within 5 business days of completing the LLC Incorporation form. Otherwise, your application will be canceled and your funds will be refunded.

Once you have the company formation documents, no other action is needed on your end. The Fluz team will also receive a copy of your documents and automatically process your Business Account application. You will be notified by email once your Business Application process has begun. Finally, when your business has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Fluz.
Please note that the Business Application review process usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

Applying for a Fluz Business account is completely free. However, we do require that you have an LLC or sole proprietorship in order for your application to be approved.
If you are processing your company incorporation via Fluz's third party platform, you will have to pay $350.00 (if you have an SSN) or $370.00 (if you don't have an SSN), to be forwarded to vState Filings. Please note that what you are paying for is the formation of an LLC. You do not have to avail of this service through Fluz. There are other 3rd party providers such as LegalZoom.
Furthermore, if you do choose to process your LLC incorporation with vState Filings via Fluz, you'll be subject to a yearly business registration renewal fee of $150. This will ensure your business will be registered as “active” and in “good standing” when searched in public records or in the Secretary of State website. This service to renew your business registration is also provided by vState Fillings, Fluz simply facilitates it.
By availing of the company formation services, you are automatically opted-in to the yearly subscription but you can cancel anytime.
