Login or create an Etsy account.
Follow the on-screen prompts. The gift card balance should be automatically applied to any future purchases from shops that accept Etsy gift cards. You won't need to enter your code again.

Log into your Etsy account to check the balance of the gift card.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Once an Etsy Gift Card or Etsy Credit code has been redeemed, it cannot be returned for cash value or transferred to another account.
Your gift card or Etsy Credit balance cannot be used to pay an Etsy bill, buy an Etsy Gift Card, or make a purchase from a shop that does not accept Etsy Payments.
