Gift cards purchased from Fluz are individual merchant gift cards. They are not "Fluz gift cards". As such, we encourage you visit the merchant's website prior to purchasing a gift card from Fluz -- gift cards are subject to that individual merchant's terms and conditions.

All gift cards delivered active and intact are considered final, and non-refundable. There may be certain instances wherein a refund may be offered, but this is subject to investigation by the team.

In case Fluz can accommodate a refund, it may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is determined on a case-to-case basis and may range from 10-40%.
