How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk

How to Redeem:

  • In - Store:

    1. During check-in, let reception know that you are paying with a gift card.

    2. Show the hotel receptionist a personal credit card or other form of payment guarantee, a valid form of identification, and your gift card details (gift card number, PIN, and barcode).

    3. Your total bill will be deducted by your gift card balance.

  • Mobile/ Desktop:

    1. At checkout, scroll down to Payment.

    2. Select Redeem Travel Card.

    3. Enter your gift card number and PIN.

    4. Click on Apply.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/ Desktop:

    • Visit this link.

    • Enter your digital gift card number and PIN.

    • Click Check Balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Best Western gift cards do not expire.

  • The Best Western Gift Card can be used at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide that accepts the Travel Card as payment.

  • The Best Western Gift card is only redeemable for hotel lodging charges (i.e., room night charges and applicable taxes). Acceptance of Best Western Gift Cards for services other than lodging charges is at the discretion of the individual hotel.
