How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card.

    2. Show your gift card code and PIN during checkout.

    3. Your total will be deducted by your balance.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here.

    2. Click Check Balance.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance

    2. Show your gift card code and PIN.

  • Phone: (888) 230 1557


Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Pilot Flying J gift cards will retain their value until spent.

  • Pilot Flying J gift cards do not expire.

  • Your balance can be redeemed in locations owned and operated by Pilot Flying J. Location based exclusions may apply.
