How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, scroll down and select 'Add a Gift Card'.
Enter your code and PIN. Select ‘Save’.
Your gift card balance will be deducted from your total.
NOTE: If you want to use your eGift Card later, go to Gift Cards in your account and click 'Add a Gift Card.' This will save your eGift Card in your Chewy account so you can use it on a future order.
How to check your balance:

Log in to your Chewy account
Hover over 'your account', then select 'Account' on the top right drop down menu.
Scroll down and select 'Gift Cards'. It should be on the bottom right portion of your screen.
Click on 'Add a Gift Card', then input your code and PIN.
Once you click on 'Save', you will see the balance of your gift card lock to your account.

Abridged terms and conditions:
There is no expiration date on Chewy gift cards.
Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards or similar stored value products.
Locations:
Can only be redeemed by residents of the contiguous US for merchandise and services at Chewy.com. Not available for purchase outside of lower 48 US States. Chewy does not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, any US territories (PR, Guam, USVI, etc.)
