How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, fashion, apparel

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

  1. On the Place Order page during checkout, where you enter your shipping address, look for the gift card section under Order Summary.

  2. Enter your gift card number and pin, and select Apply.

  3. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Create a SHEIN account on their website.

    2. Go to their balance checker link.

    3. Enter the gift card number, pin, and select Check Balance. The information will be displayed on the page.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible purchases on the us.shein.com website.

  • Please note that only one Gift Card can be redeemed in connection with any given order and cannot be "stacked" or combined with other Gift Cards for that same order.

  • Entering the wrong PIN many times in a short period of time will cause the E-SHEIN E-gift cards to lock for around 4-6 hrs. Once the SHEIN E-gift card is locked, wait for 4-6 hours later and try again.
