How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, home, furniture, groceries

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select the Gift Card option in Payment, and type in the Card Number and PIN.

    2. Once you’ve entered the gift card number and pin, select Save & Continue.

  • In-store:

    1. During checkout, let the cashier know that you are paying with a gift card.

    2. Present e-gift card barcode to the cashier to scan or manually key in the gift card code. Inform the cashier that the code comes with a pin.

How to check your balance:

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Big Lots Gift Cards are redeemable at any accepted locations.

  • You can use up to 10 gift cards per transaction.

  • Gift cards without a pin cannot be used online and can only be used at the store.
