Do the Gift cards work outside of the US?
Most of the gift cards sold through the Fluz app only work within the US. Some gift cards may work internationally. It would be best to visit the FAQ/ gift card section of the merchant you would like to buy from before making a purchase from Fluz.
Below are international brands that we know work outside the US:
- Abercrombie and Fitch – Gifts cards may only be redeemed in the USA and Canada
- Athleta
- Banana Republic
- Carnival – Carnival gift cards are not accepted on ships that sail with a functional onboard currency other than USD
- Delta – Gift cards may be redeemed for any Delta-marketed flight worldwide by visiting delta.com or by calling 1-800-225-1366
- Disney - Gifts cards may only be redeemed in the USA and Canada
- GAP
- GUESS - Gifts cards may only be redeemed in the USA and Canada
- Hollister
- Old Navy
- Saks Fifth Avenue
- Southwest
- Starbucks - Gifts cards may also be used in Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mexico, and Australia
If you are purchasing a gift card for use outside the US, please note, you will be billed in US Dollars. The balance of the gift card you purchase will remain in US Dollars as well.

Can I get a refund if I use the gift card outside of the US?
Fluz gift cards are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your gift cards if they do not work in your country. The majority of Fluz gift cards only work in the U.S. and Fluz will not refund gift cards that do not work if they are redeemed outside of the US or with a non-U.S. or non-USD account. Please check the retail partner’s gift cards Terms &Conditions and FAQs prior to purchasing a gift card.
