How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, meditation, wellness, health

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

  1. Redeem your subscription gift card at https://www.calm.com/redeem

  2. Sign into your account or if you do not have a Calm account, you will be prompted to create one before redeeming your gift card.

    Note: The value of the Gift Card cannot be added to an existing subscription that is currently billed through Calm or a third-party subscription provider (e.g., the App Store or Google Play). If you have an active Calm subscription, you will need to allow that subscription to expire before you redeem your gift card.

  3. Enter the gift card code and select ‘Redeem.’

How to check your balance:

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Calm Gift Cards, which constitute pre-paid subscriptions to access Calm Premium (each, a "Subscription"), can be purchased online or at authorized third-party outlets.

  • Please note that after a Gift Card is purchased, the value cannot be increased.

  • Calm Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, either prior or subsequent to redemption, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
