How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, travel, adventure

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Choose an experience and place it in the basket, then select 'Checkout now'.

    2. Input your details and select your delivery method and address. You will find a payment section where you can either pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. Just before you select the payment option, you can select 'add a gift card.'

    3. Enter the 19-digit gift card number and enter the security code. Be sure to input the amount you would like to use from your gift card.

    4. If the amount on the gift card does not cover the total value of the order, the website will automatically work this out and you will be able to pay the remaining balance using your own debit/credit card.

    5. Once complete, you'll then be sent the voucher for your chosen experience/s for you to book and use.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Go to their balance checker link.

    2. Enter the gift card number and security code and hit Enter

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 5 gift card codes per transaction.

  • This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, no change will be given and Virgin Experience Days will not be liable to replace the card in the event of it being lost, damaged or stolen.

  • Certain restrictions may apply to experiences and full details are available online for each experience.
