How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, food, health, smoothies

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card barcode to the cashier for scanning.

    2. In the event of scanner issues, instruct cashier to enter digital Gift Card code manually.

  • In-app:

    1. Add gift card balance to your account for any in-app purchases by tapping on Menu (☰).

    2. Tap on Add Gift card Funds.

    3. Review the information on your screen and enter the gift card number and pin.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Go to their balance checker link

    2. Enter the gift card number and pin

    3. Select “Get Balance”

  • Call: 1-800-577-4200 or 1-888-529-6578

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Smoothie King Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards may be used at participating Smoothie King® locations, online at www.smoothieking.com/order and the Smoothie King App.

  • Purchases will be deducted from this card until the value reaches zero. Additional value may be added at any time.

  • This card does not expire, and no dormancy fees will be charged.
