What are Locked Royalties?

Referral Royalties that you can potentially earn from your network's purchases in a given month. The total earnings is put on hold if you're still ineligible to earn Referral Royalties depending on your royalty level. To unlock the earnings, you must follow the requirements needed for a certain royalty level.

How do I unlock or get Locked Royalties?

Grow your network and rank up your royalty level to unlock earnings from more transactions across your network. Each royalty level has a set amount of transactions that you can earn from - the higher you go, the more you can earn.

Below are the requirements for each royalty level and the count of transactions you can potentially earn Referral Royalties from if you reach that level:

Sample scenario 1

For the month of July:

  • You are a Max 250 member

  • Your whole network has made a total of 600 transactions for the month

  • Your account shows $40 as "Pending" Referral Royalties

  • Your account shows $60 as Locked Royalties

As you are a Max 250 member, you are only eligible to earn Referral Royalties from 250 transactions from your network per month. The $40 "Pending" is your Referral Royalties from the 250 transactions made by your network. While the $60 Locked Royalties is your potential Referral Royalties from the 350 other transactions made by your network.

To unlock the $60 Locked Royalties, you must rank up to a Max 1K member before July ends by completing the following requirements to rank up to Max 1K:

  • Purchase at least $25 worth of transactions on Fluz for the month.

  • Have at least 10 lifetime qualified personal invites (Up to 5 more than you currently have).

By ranking up to Max 1K by the end of July, you will be eligible for 1,000 transactions per month and you will receive the $60 Locked Royalties along with your Pending Referral Royalties by August 1.

Sample scenario 2

  • You are a new member in June

  • You have invited one (1) friend who has met the qualifying criteria and has made purchases in July

  • You have no purchases in Fluz yet for the month of July

  • Your account shows $3 Locked Royalties

Since you are not yet a Max 100 member, you are not yet eligible for Referral Royalties.

To unlock the $3 earnings, you must rank up to a Max 100 member before July ends by purchasing at least $10 in Fluz.

What is the difference between Pending Referral Royalties and Locked Royalties?

Pending Referral Royalties will be released as long as the transactions of your network are completed and finalized.

Locked Royalties will only be released if you rank up your royalty level before the month ends.

What happens to my Locked Royalties if I do not rank up before the month ends?

You can no longer "unlock" the royalties and it will reset to 0 for the next month.

When will I get my Locked Royalties?

As soon as you are able to rank up within the month, your locked royalties will be credited to your Fluz wallet.

Where can I find my Locked Royalties?

A monthly communications email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for Fluz. The email will include the amount under 'Locked Royalties' and your next steps to rank up and unlock those earnings. You may also reach out to the CS team by using the Chat option at the bottom of your screen or if you're on the app, go to Help and chat with us.

Why did I not receive my Locked Royalties?

This can be due to:

  • Not completing all requirements needed to rank up to the next royalty level

  • The requirements needed to rank up were not made within the same month
