What are Referral Royalties?
Referral Royalties are commissions or the rewards paid to Fluz members on every purchase a member in their network makes, provided the Fluz member is eligible to earn them.
How do I become eligible for Referral Royalties?
To start earning Referral Royalties, you need to have a qualified account and achieve a royalty level of Max 100. To become a Max 100 member, just make sure to make at least $15 in eligible purchases every month on Fluz.
*Qualified account: Must have a total spend of at least $10.
How much Referral Royalties do I get when someone in my network makes a purchase?
The Referral Royalty rates are as follows:
When a regular user in your network pays at a standard gift card retailer, everyone in the network shares a total of 1.5% cashback (0.3% per person) from that purchase.
When a regular user in your network pays at an exempt gift card retailer everyone in the network shares a total of 0.25% cashback (0.05% per person) from that purchase.
When a Power user in your network makes a transaction, everyone in the network shares a total of 0.15% cashback (0.03% per person) from that purchase.
Sample computation:
Your friend (non - Power user) uses Fluz and pays at a standard gift card retailer. The total amount of their purchase is $130.
$130 x 0.3% = $0.39
As your friend is part of your network, you will earn $0.39 from their purchase.
Do I earn more Referral Royalties from people I invite?
All Referral Royalties earned from your network implement the same rate. A member's placement in your network will not affect how much you earn from their purchases. You will earn the same amount from a purchase, whether the member is in the first or fifth degree.
How do I know how much Referral Royalties I have earned?
You can contact the CS team by using the Chat option at the bottom of your screen or if you're on the mobile app, go to Help and chat with us.
Where will my Referral Royalties be credited?
They will be credited to your Fluz Rewards Wallet.
When do I receive the Referral Royalties I have earned?
Royalties will be credited to your Fluz wallet in real-time, as members of your network purchase.*
*There are additional requirements if earnings are considered "Locked Royalties."
Why did I not receive my Referral Royalties for the month?
Below are possible reasons why you did not receive your Referral Royalties for the month:
You did not achieve Max 100 royalty level, therefore you are not Referral Royalties eligible.
The Purchases of your network did not go through or were considered failed transactions.
A part of your potential earnings may also be classified as 'Locked Royalties.'
You do not have a qualified account.
