Can I see my past transactions?
Yes. Here's how:
Screens depicted may not reflect the latest version of the app.
On the App
1. Navigate to the Menu (your avatar) icon on the top left of your screen.
2. Tap on My gift cards.
3. This page will default to the Active tab, these are gift cards that have not been used or still have remaining value.
4. Tap on the Inactive tab to find gift cards that have been redeemed and do not have value anymore.
Can I hide my transaction information? Yes!
You have the option to control the audience for every transaction.
During checkout, after tapping on Review, you will see a "globe" icon next to the "x" button. Tap on this icon for you to select your transaction visibility.
The three options are as follows:
Public (More Engagement) – This post will be visible on your profile to everyone in Fluz.
Connections Only – Only your invite, network and following followers will see this post.
Private (Default) – This post will be hidden from everyone but you.
To set a default setting for all your purchases, you may also follow these steps:
Open your Fluz App
Tap on the Menu (your avatar) icon at the top left of your screen
Select Privacy & security
Select Post Privacy Settings
From here, you will be able to select your feed settings
Please note that Fluz will never share important details such as your real name, the exact location of purchase, or total purchase amount. Even with the lowest privacy settings enabled (public), the most that will be displayed in the purchasing feed is your customizable username, customizable avatar (user photo), time of purchase, and the total cash back generated from that purchase.
On the Website
1. Navigate to Transactions on the top of your screen.
2. This page will show you All history. It is a collection of all your transactions, as well as any royalties you have unlocked. There is also an option to toggle to Scheduled, to see scheduled transactions.
Can I hide my transaction information? Yes!
To set a default setting for all your purchases, you may follow these steps:
Open the Fluz Website
Tap on the Menu (your avatar) icon at the top right of your screen
Select Settings
Scroll down to privacy
From here, you will be able to select your feed settings
The three options are as follows:
Public (More Engagement) – This post will be visible on your profile to everyone in Fluz.
Connections Only – Only your invite, network and following followers will see this post.
Private (Default) – This post will be hidden from everyone but you.
Can I see the transactions from those I have invited?
Yes, if your invitee has selected their privacy settings to allow this feature, you will be able to see each time they have made a purchase, what merchant they made the purchase with, and how much cash back you earned from their purchase. Please note that we will never display anyone’s real name, the exact location where a purchase was made, or the total purchase amount. You will only see a username and avatar, plus an icon to denote that they are a direct invite and part of your network.
If they have opted out of this feature for privacy reasons, you will just see a standard notification saying that you have earned a specific amount of cashback from someone within your network and what merchant they shopped with, but you will not see any other details such as the avatar or username of the invitee that made the purchase.
