How do I sign up to the Fluz Community Forum?
Our community is one of Fluz' main pillars. If you don't have a Community Forum Account yet, here's how to create one:
Visit Fluz Community Forum and press "Sign in" found on the top right corner.
If you're using Safari, you may be asked to allow cookies through several pop-ups. You may have to press "continue" up to 3 times.
Select "Sign Up". If you've previously communicated with our support staff, you may already have an account but you probably don't have a password yet. In this case, press "Get A Password". Another option is to simply sign in with Google
Next, enter your full name and email address. Please use the same email you used to register your Fluz account.
If you're on your iPhone and having trouble accessing the page, you can try this trouble shooting tip:
Go your Settings app
Search for "Safari" or "Google Chrome", depending on what you're using
Scroll down and toggle the buttons for "Prevent Cross-site Tracking" and "Block All Cookies" to OFF.

I have a suggestion! Where can I send it?
If you have a suggestion, we'd love to hear it! On your Fluz app, navigate to the “Help” menu, and tap “Send an Email” in order to submit a ticket. Feel free to give us a call as well by tapping on "Call us".
I found a bug or experienced and error while using my app. What do I do?
Found something that isn't working quite right and need help fixing it? Let us know!
Tap on the menu icon (☰) at the top of your screen
Tap on Help at the top left
Tap and select More Options
Tap on Report a bug at the top of the screen
Please also provide a screenshot so we can get a glimpse of what you are seeing. Providing as many details you can, such as the issue you are having or the device you are using, will be very helpful to us.
What is the expected response time for my help ticket?
