How to Redeem:

Groupon Gift Cards can be redeemed when making a purchase on both the Groupon website and mobile app. When using a computer, you can also transfer the balance of your card directly to your account.

To redeem the Groupon Gift Card:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘Promo or Gift Code.’

    2. Enter your Groupon digtial gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your total purchase amount.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Promo or Gift Code.’

    2. Enter your Groupon digtial gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your total purchase amount.

To redeem without making a purchase and applying your Gift Card as Groupon Bucks:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in to a computer and head to My Groupons.

    2. Select Redeem a Gift Card in the top right corner.

    3. Scroll down until you see "Redeem a Code."

    4. Enter your Fluz code and PIN.

    5. Select Redeem to apply the credit to your account in Groupon Bucks.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Scroll down to “Redeem a Code,” enter your gift card code and PIN.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Once you’ve redeemed a gift card in your account, any unused balance is automatically applied to your next purchase.

  • When redeemed, you must use the entire card balance to acquire Groupons, account credits or both.

  • Gratuities can be paid with your digital e- gift card.

  • Groupon gift card can be redeemed via Groupon Bucks and or be used as a gift card. If the user redeems it into their account it becomes Groupon bucks. But if they redeem it at the checkout, it will be used as a gift card.

  • To redeem you must have or create an account at groupon.com
