How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. To redeem your Karma Koin card balance, select Karma Koin as your payment method when you make a purchase.

    2. Follow the steps indicated during checkout.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your PIN here. Select 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Karma Koin prepaid cards may be redeemed only on participating sites. Internet access (fees may apply) and compatible software and hardware may be required.
