How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code here. Select 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Lettuce Gift Cards never expire.

  • Lettuce Entertain You Gift Cards will be accepted for payments of private parties and catering events up to $1,000.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Wow Bao locations at 1 W. Division St., 46 E. Chicago Ave., and 200 N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago

    • Airport locations

    • Delivery-only concepts

    • This card is not valid toward Frequent Diner points when used and is not accepted for payment of delivery orders.

    • Gift Cards cannot be used towards deposits but for final payment only.

  • Locations:

    • Lettuce Gift Cards can be used at all participating Lettuce Restaurants in the U.S.

    • Redeemable at any U.S. accepted locations. Please present this card for food, beverage, tax, and gratuity at participating Lettuce Entertain You ® Enterprises, Inc. restaurants
