How is Cash Balance different from Fluz Pay?

Rewards balance (previously called Fluz Pay) is where your cashback will be credited when you purchase a digital gift card and where your challenge bonuses will go when you hit the milestones while the Cash Balance hold funds that you transferred via the Cash balance top up feature.

Are there fees to fund my wallets?	The Rewards balance cannot be funded by outside sources. There are no fees associated with the Rewards balance.	There is a corresponding fee every time you top up your cash balance. The fees will always be visible when you select your funding source.
Can it be withdrawn?	Yes, once the $15 one-time withdrawal requirement has been met and your account status is on Pass	Since you can only top up your cash balance when you've verified your legal identity, then yes, you may withdraw your cash balance any time, as long as your account status in on Pass. However, if you've received funds via P2P transfer but have not successfully verified legal identity, you may only withdraw those funds but not use them to make purchases or transfer again via P2P.
Are the funds available immediately?	Yes. Cash back and milestone rewards are credited to your Rewards Balance in real time. It can also be withdrawn anytime as long as the $15 one-time minimum requirement has been met and your account's status is on Pass.	Depending on your funding source, some funds may not be available right away.
Am I eligible for this wallet?	Yes. All Fluz accounts have a Rewards Balance as it is where all cash backs are credited. There are no conditions or requirements necessary for a Rewards Balance.	In order to top up your balance with cash from various funding sources, your legal identity must be verified. If your legal identity verification has not yet been successfully completed, then you can only withdraw funds from your Cash Balance.

The Cash Balance is a way to top up your Fluz wallet with cash directly from various funding sources. The Cash balance is used to fund:

Digital gift card purchases
Peer to peer transactions (coming soon!)
Withdraw balances from p2p transactions
Transfer received balances via p2p transactions (if you completed legal identity verification)

Simply put, it is a way for users to add cash funds and move money to their Fluz account.

When adding funds to their Cash Balance, the user must define the source for these funds which can be any payment, as well as a Backup Payment Method, should the first fail or fail to reach the desired transfer amount.
