If you are experiencing an error when trying to make a purchase after typing in your 4-digit passcode, we recommend that you log out of the app and reset your password.

Please read the steps that apply to you below:

If you signed in via Facebook, Google, or Apple sign in:

1. Go to the Menu button (☰) on the top right of your screen

2. Select Privacy & Security

3. Select Password

4. Then tap on Reset Password

5. Enter your SMS number, you will receive an OTP via SMS, then enter that into the app

a. Note: if you are not receiving the OPT, you may press “reset by email” instead and you would receive the OTP via email

b. However, if your email address is not verified, you will not receive the OTP via email. Here are the instructions to verify your email

6. Enter a new password

7. Go back to the Menu button (☰) on the top right of your screen

8. This time, select Passcode, then tap Reset passcode

9. Then enter your new password, then set up your new passcode

10. Once you’ve set up your new passcode, you can try to purchase a gift card again. You should not be stuck on the “dancing 3 dots” anymore.

If you signed in via email address & password combo:

1. Go to the Menu button (☰) on the top right of your screen

2. Select Privacy & Security

3. Select Passcode

4. Then tap on Reset Passcode

5. Enter the password that you used to log in to the app and follow the next steps to reset your passcode

6. Try your purchase again. You should not be stuck on the “dancing 3 dots” anymore
