How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in or sign up to a Soothe account.

    2. During checkout, under payment select 'Enter gift or promo code?' Enter your gift/promo code and select 'Apply'.

    3. Alternatively, select 'Click here to use a Spafinder gift card'. Choose card that matches your Spafinder gift card.

    4. For Spafinder gift card, enter: card number, redemption amount, expiration month, expiration year & CVV then click, 'Apply'.

    5. For Spafinder Wellness 365 gift card, enter your gift card code and PIN. Click, 'Apply'.

    6. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app

    1. Log in or sign up to a Soothe account.

    2. During checkout, under payment select, 'Apply Code'.

    3. Enter your gift card code and PIN (if prompted). Tap, 'Apply'.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Cards and related massage card minutes and massage card dollars do not expire and there are no dormancy fees.

  • Can be redeemed solely for massage therapy services booked through Soothe.com or Soothe’s mobile applications.
