How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in or sign up to to a Jagex Runescape account.

    2. Go to: https://secure.runescape.com/m=billing_core/voucherform.ws?ssl=1.

    3. Enter your gift card code and select 'Redeem'.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • Troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check that you have entered the PIN correctly on the redemption page.

    2. Make sure you have a character name set on your account as without one you won't be able to redeem a prepaid card.

    3. Check all known RuneScape accounts in case you have already used the card on a different account.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log into your Runescape account. Click 'My Account'

    2. Click 'My Gift Cards and find your PIN to check balance.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Prepaid Cards can't be redeemed for promotional packages such as Premier Club.

    • You are unable to stack Prepaid Cards & they will only be redeemable for packages to the value on the front of the card.
