How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment section select ‘Apply Soma Intimates Gift Card +'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select, 'Check Balance.'

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Locations:

    • SOMA Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for your merchandise purchase at any SOMA boutique located in the United States, including SOMA Outlets ("Stores"), online (for U.S. orders only) at soma.com, or for phone transactions at (877) 948-2525.

    • SOMA Gift Cards issued in Canada must be presented at the time of redemption and may be only redeemed for merchandise in Soma boutiques and outlets located in Canada. Available balance can be checked in Canadian stores or by calling 866-768-7662.
