Adding a Backup Payment Method

When using your Fluz app, you may be required to add a backup payment method when you transact using an ACH as your payment method.


How to add your backup payment method on the Fluz app:

1. On your Fluz App, tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper left corner of the app.

2. Tap on Funding Sources.

3. If you have not set up a Backup Payment yet, then select the "add new" icon to add a debit or credit card

4. If you have already added a bank card to your app, select "set backup account" by clicking on the plus.

Currently, only credit or debit cards are allowed as backup payment methods.

How to add your backup payment method on the Fluz Website:

1. On the fluz website, tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper left corner of the page.

2. Tap on Funding sources.

3. If you have not set up a Backup payment, then you can click on the "Manage Backup card" option. Then click on "Add new account".

4. If you already have a bank card on your app, then select "set backup account".
