Adding a Backup Payment Method
When using your Fluz app, you may be required to add a backup payment method. when you transact using an ACH as your payment method.
How to add your backup payment method.
1. Tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap on Accounts & Cards.
3. If you have not set up a Backup payment yet, select Add a backup funding source by tapping on the arrow.
4. If you have already added a bank card to your app, select a preferred card as your backup payment method.
If you have not added a bank card to your app yet, tap on the Add new icon to add a debit or a credit card.
Currently, only credit or debit cards are allowed as backup payment methods.
