Adding a Backup Payment Method
When using your Fluz app, you may be required to add a backup payment method when you transact using an ACH as your payment method.
How to add your backup payment method:
1. On your Fluz App, tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap on Funding Sources.
3. If you have not set up a Backup Payment yet, select Add Backup Account by tapping on the arrow.
4. If you have already added a bank card to your app, select a preferred card as your backup payment method.
If you have not added a bank card to your app yet, tap on the Add new icon to add a debit or a credit card.
Currently, only credit or debit cards are allowed as backup payment methods.
