Adding a Backup Account/Card
When using your Fluz app or on the Website, you may be required to add a backup payment method when you transact using an ACH as your payment method.
How to add your backup payment method on the Fluz app:
1. On your Fluz App, tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap on Funding Sources.
3. Select Set Backup Account and enter the information.
How to add your backup payment method on the Fluz Website:
1. On the fluz website, tap the Menu (your avatar) icon at the upper right of the page.
2. Tap on Accounts and Cards.
3. Select Manage Backup Cards
4. Press on Add New Card and follow the on screen instructions.
