How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment select, 'Have a Promo Code or Gift Card?'

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card number and PIN here then select, 'Submit'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.


Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Sorel Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards do not expire. Promotional Gift Cards distributed as a purchase incentive will have an expiration date listed on the card.

  • Locations:

    • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only at Columbia Sportswear owned-retail and outlet stores in the United States as well as at Mountain Hardwear and SOREL retail stores. Gift Cards can also be redeemed online at Columbia.com, Mountainhardwear.com and Sorel.com.
