Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under payment go to 'Have A Gift Card?' then select, 'Add Card +'.
Enter your gift card number and PIN then select ‘Apply'.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log into your account and go to: http://carnival.ourgiftcards.com.
Select, 'Manage My Gift Cards' and enter your gift card number.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:
Standard gift cards have no expiration date. Promotional gift cards may carry an expiration date which will be printed on the front of the gift card.
Calling into the Contact Center, the gift card may be used for:

spa experiences
in-room gifts and shopping
On board, the gift card may be used for:

he Carnival Gift Card is only available in USD. Carnival Gift Cards are not accepted on ships that sail with a functional onboard currency other than USD; therefore, gift cards will not be redeemable or sold on board the Carnival Spirit and Carnival Splendor while operating in Australia as the functional onboard currency is AUD; in addition, Carnival Gift Cards cannot be used toward the payment of a cruise operating in Australia even when purchased using USD currency.
