Sam's Club, How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, how much is my virtual card cashback

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment section select, 'Add Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then click, 'Save'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log into your Sam's Club account and

    2. On your account page, select, 'Check Gift Card Balance'.

    3. Enter your gift card code and PIN then click, 'Check Balance.'

    4. Alternatively, you can also check gift card balance during checkout when selecting method of payment.

    5. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 4 gift card codes per transaction.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to pay Membership fees.

  • Locations:

    • United States or Puerto Rico. *Walmart Gift Cards can only be used at Walmart stores, and Sam's Clubs in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, on-line at Walmart.com and Samsclub.com.

    • If your gift card does not have a PIN code, you may only use it at: Sam's Club and Walmart stores. But NOT at SamsClub.com or Walmart.com.

    • If your gift card has a PIN (personal identification number) code, it may be used at:

      • Sam's Club

      • Walmart stores

      • SamsClub.com or Walmart.com

  • Mastercard Program (536209) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Mastercard Program (532113) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (462036) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (450897) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (486695) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.

  • Visa Program (475436) - 1.5% on purchases up to $100, then 0%. Resets monthly.
