How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, restaurant, food, dining

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment go to: 'Apply Gift & Bonus Cards'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN and select, 'Apply Gift Card To Order'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, use your gift card as a payment method.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select, 'Add Card' then click on, 'Apply'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here.

    2. Select, 'Check Balance'.

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Please print and bring the eGift Card to any BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse locations nationwide and at www.bjsrestaurants.com or through the BJ’s Mobile App. Card’s face value is in U.S. dollars.

    • Card is redeemable for food, beverages and merchandise only at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc., locations, at www.bjsrestaurants.com and through the BJ’s Mobile App.
