During checkout, under payment select 'Add Credits/Promo Codes/Gift Cards'.
Enter your gift card number then select 'Apply'.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-app:
Log into your Ticketmaster account. Select your preferred booking slot.
During checkout, under payment select 'Add Credits/Promo Codes/Gift Cards'.
Enter your gift card number then select 'Apply'.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log into your account and go to: https://www.ticketmaster.com/giftcards.
.Enter your gift card code and PIN and select, 'Check Balance'.
Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites and mobile apps.
Not redeemable for:
Gift Cards cannot be used for certain types of tickets or tickets to certain types of events.
Gift Cards cannot be used toward the purchase of Fan-to-Fan resale tickets.
Locations:
Gift cards can be used for: Tickets, Parking, VIP Packages, and some merchandise.
Ticketmaster Gift Cards can be used for events in Canada and the United States only.
