How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. For Single Use Gift Card, enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Your Card Balance'.

    2. For Multi-Use Gift Card, enter your card number, CVV and expiration date here then select, 'Check Your Card Balance'.

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Call:

    • For Multi-Use Gift Card: +1 (855)-521-1743

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • For Multi-Use Gift Card, a card that is multi-use should be returned to you if there is any balance left on the card. Keep the card after your service. If there are any funds left, you can use the remaining funds for another service.

  • Locations:

    • Spafinder Certificates/Cards hold a live value once purchased and can be redeemed by the participating location of your choice. Please always present your Spafinder Gift Certificate/Card upon arrival to your appointment.

    • To search for locations accepting Spafinder Gift Certificates/Cards by city, state or zip code, visit spafinder.com. You can easily verify if a location accepts our certificates/cards by looking for the "Accepts Spafinder Gift Cards" icon near the name of the location.

    • For Multi-Use Gift Cards, the card is available presently at www.spafinder.com. To find merchants who accept it, please look for the "ACCEPTS MULTI-USE CARDS" check when you search Spafinder listings at www.spafinder.com/search.
