How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select, 'Check Balance.'

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Cards are not redeemable online, through the mobile app or at Total Wine & More or Total Wine Spirits & More locations in the State of New York.

  • Locations:

    • Gift cards may only be redeemed at Total Wine & More stores in the U.S., not online.

    • Only gift cards purchased from the Westbury, NY store can be redeemed in the Westbury, NY store.
