How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, movies, cinema, tickets

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select, 'Voucher.'

    2. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Add to Order.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select, 'Check Balance.'

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards never expire and have no service fees or hidden costs.

  • Movie tickets can only be purchased from BowTieCinemas.com using a valid credit card or Bow Tie Cinemas Gift Card. Tickets purchased via BowTieCinemas.com will be available for pickup at the Ticketing Kiosks, or at the Box Office.

  • Locations:

    • Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets or concessions at any Bow Tie Cinemas in the U.S.
