How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • In-app:

    Note: Only redeemable in the Chevron and Texaco mobile apps for fuel and car wash purchases made at the pump at Chevron and Texaco stations able to process mobile payments. Kindly check the station locator feature in the Chevron or Texaco mobile app for availability of mobile payment processing. Not valid for in-store purchases of any kind. Not valid for the purchase of gift cards or lottery of any kind.

    1. Sign in or sign up to your Texaco app. Add a payment method by linking up your gift card. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN.

    2. When you're ready to begin fueling, open the Texaco app, tap pay button and use the dial to reserve the pump.

    3. Select your gift card as the method of payment.

    4. Begin fueling.

Add to app wallet:

  1. Download the Texaco or Chevron mobile app.

  2. Under User Account, click the “+” to link a new payment method.

  3. Link your electronic gift card by entering the digital card number and PIN.

  4. Your available balance will be displayed with the card.

  5. You can only use one type of payment for a single transaction through the mobile app.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here. Select, 'Submit.'

    2. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • No expiration date.

  • You can only use one type of payment for a single transaction through the mobile app.

  • Cards with low balances may not function at the pump.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Not valid for in-store purchases of any kind.

  • Locations:

    • eGift Cards are redeemable only through the Texaco and mobile apps for fuel and car wash purchases made at the pump at Chevron and Texaco stations that are able to process mobile payments. Texaco gift cards can be used to pay at the pump in the U.S.
