How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Trunk Club App.

    2. Click on your Account. Go to: 'Account Credit'.

    3. Enter your gift code then select, 'Redeem'.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Cards may not be returned or applied as payment on any account.

    • Gift Cards are not accepted for international orders placed with Borderfree.

  • Locations:

    • U.S. Gift Cards are redeemable at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores in the United States and online at Nordstrom.com, Nordstromrack.com and Trunkclub.com. Canadian Gift Cards are redeemable at Nordstrom stores in Canada.
