How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment section select ‘Use a Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers and PIN then select ‘Use This Payment Method.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Submit'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
