How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under payment select, 'Have a gift card?.'
Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your classic gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it. For e-gift card, simply present your E-Gift Card email (printed out or on your mobile device) to the associate at checkout before beginning the transaction.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
GUESS Gift Cards are transferable and contain no expiration date.
Not redeemable for:
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items.
Sales tax will not be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
