Log in to Wizard101.com.

Click here to redeem code. Enter your code then select, 'Submit.'

Alternatively, log in to the Wizard101 game with your same account and on to the character you want to receive the item.

Click on the present icon that appears on your screen. A panel will appear that will allow you to redeem any of the items on the list. If you log in with the incorrect character, do not redeem the item, simply log out and log back in with the character you want to receive the item.
