How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift code here and select, 'Redeem now.' to add its value to your account.
Stitch Fix will automatically apply it to your purchases at checkout.
In-app:
Click on your Account icon on your Stitch Fix app. Go to, 'Gift Cards'.
Select, 'Redeem A Gift Card'. Enter your gift card code then tap, 'Redeem Now'.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
You may be able to obtain your gift card balance by contacting Stitch Fix customer service at [email protected]. The Gift Card balance relayed to you by a customer service agent is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase online, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.
Abridged terms and conditions:
There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.
No fees apply to Gift Cards and Gift Cards never expire.
If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a payment method accepted by Stitch Fix.
Not redeemable for:
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for other Gift Cards or transferred to other Accounts once redeemed.
Locations:
The only way to redeem the Gift Card is through the Stitch Fix website or mobile app, for products or styling fees in the U.S.
