Log into your Roblox account then click here.

Enter your gift card code then select ‘Redeem' to add the Credit or Robux to your account.

Click Use Credit to use your credit. You can read the Using Gift Card Credit help article for help on the next steps. OR Click Close to close the message and redeem another gift card.

If you are having trouble redeeming a PIN that contains a 0 (zero) or a 1 (one), please try replacing these with the uppercase letters O and I.

After redeeming a gift card, the credit balance can generally be seen on purchasing pages. An account's credit balance will not be visible on all pages. Make sure you're logged into the account where the gift card was redeemed, in a browser.

Navigate to the Gift Card redemption page or the Billing Settings page.

On the Gift Card redemption page, Your Credit Balance will appear under the Redeem button.

On the Billing Settings page, your Current Balance is shown under Roblox credit.

If you don't see the credit balance, then it means that the account currently has no Roblox Gift Card Credit redeemed onto it.

For Robux balance, your Robux balance is shown in the upper right of the browser window.

Be logged into the account where the Robux were bought.

Tap the Robux

icon at the top of the app.

Your Robux balance is displayed at the top.
