How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, enter your gift card code and then select ‘Apply.’

    2. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Submit'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Standard Famous Dave’s Gift Cards have no expiration date.

  • You may not add funds to your Famous Dave’s Gift Card online as the Gift Card is not reloadable.

  • Locations:

    • The Famous Dave’s Gift Card is a pre-paid Gift Card that can be used as payment towards purchases on famousdaves.com/menu and at participating Famous Dave’s restaurants in the U.S.
