How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select, 'Check balance now.'

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Kroger app.

    2. Tap the 3-dashed menu, and proceed to ‘Gift Card Mall’.

    3. Tap on, 'Check Kroger Gift Card Balance'.

    4. Get your card number on the back of your gift card and then center the card inside the frame of the camera. It will scan automatically.

    5. You may also opt to select, 'Enter Card Number Instead.'

    6. Enter your gift card code and pin then select, 'Check Balance'.

    7. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • The Kroger Family of Companies Gift Card represents a prepayment for goods and fuel available at Kroger, Barclay Jewelers, Baker’s, City Market, Copps, Dillons, Food 4 Less, Foods Co., Fred Meyer, Fred Meyer Jewelers, Fry’s Food and Drug, Gerbes, JayC, King Soopers, Littman Jewelers, Mariano’s, Metro Market, Owen’s, Pay Less Supermarkets, Pick ‘n Save, QFC, Ralphs, and Smith’s Food and Drug.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Cannot redeem for Kroger Family of Companies’ Pickup, Delivery or Ship purchases.
