How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment details, enter your digital gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    2. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. For US, enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. For CA, enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Locations:

    • Classic Gift cards are valid at U.S. Tommy Bahama full-price stores, outlets, restaurants and tommybahama.com. Not valid at Tommy Bahama Home Stores.

    • Virtual gift cards are valid at Tommy Bahama stores and restaurants in Canada and the U.S. and at tommybahama.com (for shipments within Canada and the U.S., excluding U.S. territories). Not valid at Tommy Bahama Home Stores.
