How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment select ‘Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Note: The Gift card may be redeemed online at www.carnival.com or directly onboard.

    2. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    3. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Continue'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Standard Gift Cards have no expiration date.

  • Promotional Gift Cards may carry an expiration date which will be printed on the Gift Card.

  • Gift Cards do not incur dormancy fees for non-use.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Cards are not accepted on ships that sail with a functional onboard currency other than USD.

  • Locations:

    • The Carnival Gift Card is a pre-paid gift card similar to a gift certificate that can be used as payment toward a cruise booking on any of our ships*, pre-purchased shore excursion, spa experience or toward your onboard spending account. The Gift card may be redeemed online at www.carnival.com or directly onboard.
